According to our deletion-policy your house is subject to immediate deletion (but you will keep your cash and other stats) if you do not log in into Cybertown for a whole month or longer in order to make free space for more active residents. However, you can apply for an EXCEPTION from this 30-day-rule if e.g. you are going on a long vacation-trip. In order for the exception to work you should do the following:

1) Add a "(VAC)" at the end of your house-name;
e.g. change your house-name from "My home" to "My home (VAC)"
(you can do this via the update-button at your house)

2) Fill out the following form and submit it:
