By filling out this form you, a BL of Metaverse, can inform the NL/ND-crew that a new BD is on duty (=got access rights to your block). You should fill out this form AFTER having received the final "ok" to employ a resident as BD, i.e. when you integrated the new BD's name in the access rights of your block.
